Bout #6 – Amateur Title 155 lbs | Amanda Asprion vs Shaquita Woods

Asprion avoids touching gloves and attacks early in the first round. She cannot make anything of her early attack due to the weather and mat conditions. In the early stages, Woods lands a couple of kicks, but due to the condition of the mat, both fighters have trouble maintaining their balance. This allows Asprion to get a take down.

The fighters get back to their feet, but Asprion gets another takedown. Woods, however, is able to get to her back and attempts a rear naked choke. After Asprion gets out, she is caught in an armbar and tries to get out but fails, losing in the first round.
