RUF 53 is set to feature some of the best Muay Thai fighters from across the nation. These athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete in the RUF Nation cage. Southeast ASEAN Arts Alliance (SAAA) is a nonprofit organization that promotes Southeast Asian Arts, including Muay Thai, Muay Lao, Kun Khmer, and other traditional arts from the Southeast Asian Region. As the first organization in the state of Arizona to infuse various martial arts and traditional arts, SAAA aims to maintain authentic Southeast Asian history, traditions, and culture in North America.

SAAA also offers a world-class Muay Thai and Muay Lao kickboxing training facility led by the Sor Xayaveth Camp. The organization supports various programs for youth as young as 6 years old to senior adults. The youth program focuses on character building, life skills, and providing an alternative path to success while preventing “Disconnected Youth” and offering a safe place to develop strength and discipline.

The adult programs are geared towards competitive ASEAN martial artists and anyone looking to challenge themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally while learning the traditional and cultural aspects of the Art of 8 limbs. SAAA provides one of the largest amateur Muay Thai stages in North America, making it a great platform for athletes to showcase their skills.
