Weights Locked In: Mordecai and Boyd Headline Cage Series 11 at the Rialto
Published: October 3, 2026
All 28 fighters stepped on the scale at the Rise of the Prospects Cage Series 11 weigh-ins ahead of Saturday, October 3 at The Rialto Theatre in Tucson. The 14-bout card features two professional matchups and two amateur title fights. Doors open at 4:30 PM , with the first bout scheduled for 6:00 PM . There is no live stream , so you’ll need a ticket to catch the action. Mordecai and Boyd Chase Their First Pro Win The main event pairs Sebastian Mordecai (0-2) with Jhay Boyd (0-1) in a professional catchweight bout. Mordecai weighed in at 174.8 lbs, while Boyd came in at 175.0 lbs. Mordecai last appeared in MMA Stalker’s coverage with a submission win over Jared Whittler at Cage Series 5 in 2023. Now competing professionally, he meets the 6-foot-2 Boyd, who makes his first appearance in our coverage. Both are looking for their first professional victory. The bantamweight co-main features two pro debuts. Miguel Tamayo, who weighed 135.6 lbs, enters after stopping Andres Camacho by TKO at Cage Series 10. Julius Vega, at 134.8 lbs, looks to rebound from a TKO loss to Michael Burke at RUF 68 as he begins his professional career. Two Amateur Titles on the Line The amateur flyweight title fight is one of the card’s strongest matchups on paper: Gabriel Enriquez (3-0) against Dominic Rivera (5-0). Enriquez weighed 124.4 lbs and returns just weeks after submitting Kaleb Aguilar at Empire Championship Series: Battle for the Throne. Rivera came in at 123.8 lbs, with a unanimous decision over Chasen Stephen at RUF 66 among his previous wins. Both enter unbeaten, with a belt on the line. At bantamweight, Austin Wheeler faces Alec Schlink (3-2) for the amateur title. Wheeler, who weighed 134.0 lbs, earned a decision over Danny Martinez Navarro at Cage Series 10. Schlink weighed 134.5 lbs and makes his first appearance in MMA Stalker’s coverage. Unbeaten Prospects and a Veteran Test Daniel Castillo and Vincent Tallabas bring matching 1-0 records into their amateur catchweight bout, but the scale tells a different story. Tallabas weighed 253.5 lbs, just over 40 pounds heavier than Castillo at 213.1 lbs. Tallabas previously knocked out Noah Merrill, while Castillo is new to our coverage. At lightweight, Marco Salcido returns after a split-decision win at Cage Series 10 to face Antonio Gomez (4-4). Gomez’s eight amateur fights make this a useful test for Salcido. Another lightweight matchup pairs two 1-0 fighters. Victor Gonzalez, who knocked out Daniel Hernandez at Cage Series 9, faces Robert Gaitan in Gaitan’s first appearance in our coverage. Debuts and Fighters Looking to Rebound At flyweight, Isaiah Reyna and Luis Munoz look to rebound from a submission loss and a TKO loss, respectively. Another flyweight bout gives Omar Barrera (0-3) a chance at his first win against debuting Isaac Pinon. Justin Perkins makes his amateur debut against Alex Ortiz (2-1), while Zach Womble (2-2) meets Mathias Beckford (1-1) in a catchweight bout. Brielle Bivens (2-0) puts her unbeaten record against debuting Kailinh Hanna. Bivens weighed 140.3 lbs, with Hanna at 139.8 lbs. Four more debuting fighters feature on the early card: Abraham Martinez and Manuel Lopez Munoz meet at featherweight, while Armando Marquez Navarro faces Owen Weiss at bantamweight. All four make their first appearances in MMA Stalker’s coverage. What to Watch Enriquez–Rivera stands out for its unbeaten records and flyweight title stakes. Tamayo and Vega begin their professional careers in the co-main, while Salcido–Gomez offers a prospect-versus-veteran matchup on the amateur card. Our weigh-in gallery is below.
